Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Tutmos SRL (the Colaboratory brand) collects through colaboratory.shop and what we do with it.

What we collect

Only the data you send us through the “Let’s collaborate?” form: name, field of activity, contact person, email, phone, website, your collaboration idea and why you want to work with us. Technically, we keep the form language, the visit source (e.g. a campaign link) and an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, used only against spam — the IP address itself is not stored.

Why we use it

To reply to your application and discuss a possible collaboration. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. We do not use the data for advertising and we never sell it.

Who has access

Only the Colaboratory team. Notifications about applications reach us by email and Telegram. Data is hosted on servers in the European Union.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation and any collaboration last. Rejected or archived applications are automatically anonymised after 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access, correction or deletion by writing to [email protected]. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of Moldova.

The site only uses strictly necessary cookies (session and form protection). Your day / night theme is remembered locally, in your browser.
